Graphic Designer - ongoing - Piece work (paid per icon/drawing/etc)

A graphic designer is sought to lend a hand to the two developers I have working with me who have about as much graphic design skill as I do (pretty much none!)
This engagement will be ongoing but with no minimum hours per week.
Instead it will be:
"Hey, we need an icon for this please"
So, your bid for this project should be your "piece rate" for developing icons.
To put it another way, attached to this task is an example of the graphic needed.
A 50*50 icon for integration into our client portal.
Whatever your rate is to create something like this should be your bid.
