Project Title: Advertising Design for Sydney Boarding House
Project Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative freelancer to design compelling rental advertisements for our boarding houses located at 121 & 123 Crystal St., Petersham, Sydney, Australia.
Our company, Inndeavor, is a professional operator of boarding houses. We specialize in modern micro-apartments and are considered a new generation boarding house provider.
The project involves the creation of two types of advertisements:
Studio Apartment Rentals: The advertisement should highlight our high-quality, fully furnished, and recently renovated studio apartments. The apartments come with inclusive bills (conditions apply), making them perfect for short or long term stays.
Room Rentals: This advertisement should emphasize our renovated boarding house rooms with shared bathroom and laundry facilities. The rooms are furnished with single and double beds, a kitchenette that includes a microwave and a bar fridge, and bills are included (conditions apply). These rooms are available for short or long term stays.
Both advertisements should include the contact number 0411 790 884 for scheduling inspections.
The branding of the advertisements should align with our company's brand image. The company logo is attached, but a new design may be needed as the previous one lacks color and clarity.
Our target audience comprises young professionals, middle-aged people, divorcees, and retired individuals who are finding it challenging to own a home due to the gap between home ownership costs and their incomes.
