Loading splash website screen design needed

Hey guys - I am looking for a designer who is able to design a visually appealing loading page for a website. I am looking to mimic the dominoes design but personalise it for our brand. I really like how the affects load giving a stage by stage approach.

This will be for a reporting service so it will utilise a four step flash and screen affect
