Logo and business cards required for a new cyber security product.
The logo should be produced first. When we are satisfied with the logo, the business cards can then be produced.
Vector formats should be used. The logo should work well on different backgrounds (transparent, white, grey, black). It should also work well at different sizes - it should be easy to read at small sizes or large.
The product is called "Gurew". It is a deliberate misspelling of "Guru", meaning a teacher or expert. The word also has religious meaning, particularly in Hinduism and Buddhism. See attached image for common image of a guru. The logo could incorporate some imagery of a guru, either as part of the text or as part of a "mascot" (for an example of what we mean, see the Hipmunk logo which has a chipmunk mascot).
The Gurew product provides cyber security data to clients and helps prevent cyber attacks. Certain elements of the product could be highlighted in the design:
a) It provides an "active defence", i.e. rather than just reporting cyber attacks, it can also stop attacks.
b) It provides protection from inside AND outside the company's network. Usually, such products protect from the outside only, so it could be emphasised that Gurew works from inside too.
c) It uses data from hundreds of sensors, some are all around the world and some are inside the client's network.
