Make an information poster

I need to make an information poster in .jpg format for a new hiking trail.
All text and pictures are included in the attached .doc file.
The Freelancer should make a cool poster based on the text and pictures attached. The Freelancer have to place text/pictures so it will make a nice informative poster.
I have attached another information poster (in the same hiking trail). I would like this poster to be in the same style (blue border, similar font, same headline size/similar font)
Project must be finished in 48 hours from accepting and the result must be accepted by me within this timeline.
