Need a design for a package

Job Description:
The package is a black rectangular box with a matte finish.
-On the front of the package, there is a golden circle with the words "Linha Premium" written in bold, red font.
-The name of the brand (Pró Peixes) is written in a sleek, golden font above the circle.
-The weight of the package, 250g, is written in small, red font in the bottom right corner.
-On the back of the package, there is a small golden and red banner that reads "Para o paladar exigente"
-The nutritional information and ingredients are listed in small, black font on the back of the package.
Therefore, with these informations, I would like to turn the package of the pictures below into this one. I would like to keep the package, only would like to change the design, colors and text.
