New company logo

Hi,
we are building a new homepage and therefore we are thinking about to give our company logo a new look. We are enclosing a file of our current logo (do not mind the GmbH - it is German for Ltd.- but we do not want that in our logo).
We are a marketing company providing our customers with company branding through boardgames, further print branding products and branding through online gaming/entertainment. Our customers are companies from 3 employees to huge international companies.
We are looking for a logo that has a dynamic look and clean style at the same time.
So we want our company Name next to the logo. The N and the G has to big written with capital letters as it is now. We also want our slogan "We make it - You play it" to be a part of it.
The logo should be in either deep sky blue, deep sky blue 2 or close to it. The same goes for the N and the G in the company name. The rest of the letters and the slogan should be either light grey or silver. Do not put the letters to close to each other because that would give us a problem regarding the business clothing.
When logo approved from us we need it as a open PDF, PNG, JPG file so that we can use it for both our new homepage and for our printing material.
