Rebuild / Update Website

We have a site that is a photo gallery that has been online for about 15+ years with no updating needed, worked pretty well so I guess I shouldn't complain...
With out giving out too much to start it basically has images of a lot of different things and we were charging a fee to have access to the gallery (currently we manually add users once they paid the fee)
Each "group" has a landing page that will show all the images for that group, the landing page will have a few links (Amazon, our website and another) Currently these are autogenerated so not perfect.
We have a LOT of different folders on the server with all the images for each folder and the landing page is autogenerated off of each folder.
We'd like to get quotes on updating this site with the following...
Payment via PayPal to auto generate memberships We would like to offer a 1 day, 7 day, 30 day, 1 year and lifetime membership anywhere from $1.99- $19.99
User should select which membership they want and create a user ID and PW and it will work once payment is made, their membership should expire and them not be able to enter the member section once their paid time expires.
I am fine if you want to rebuild (tweak) the current program Or start new.
Basically here's what it should do
PayPal payments for instant access and auto expiring
Admin creates folders and uploads images to the folders
a Landing page should be created for each folder
Admin could tweak links for (amazon, our site and other links)
Main site page should be able to pull Stats Showing updates totals on How many "groups" and how many Total Items (images) in the entire program
Open to other features but this is the basics of what we want.
Please keep in mind the site is working just manually now so we don't NEED this so bid affordably and we can assure you that you will be used A LOT for other projects we need which will be a good bit coming up.
