Background:
The Client provides Occupational Counselling services to regional businesses. Over the past 15 years, the Client has grown and the original paper-based manual systems have become overwhelmingly cumbersome to manage and maintain. The core team and regional affiliate practitioners number 30 although occasionally provides services to UK wide organisations.
This is a two-in-one project, a development of web based portal for support and management of the service overall, associated affiliates, customers and service users. The Client seeks to appoint an innovative programmer who will design and provide a highly secure cloud based multi-user platform in order to manage the referral, case management information and exporting of key data. The project will also involve a complete upgrade of the existing website in terms of design and development to increase search engine optimisation and modernise market appeal.
