Apple HomeKit Consultation

Job Description:

I am building a new home. In designing the specs for this home with architect and builder, I want to make sure we are considering all of the key requirements prior to construction (e.g., electrical and ethernet wiring, IT closet location, need for routers). Product selection and install will occur next year.

I am looking for a short-term engagement of 1-3 hours to work with an Apple HomeKit automation expert to talk through the likely requirements for home automation goals and affirm the specs I would need to pass on to my architect and builder for drawings and material requirements.

I AM ONLY SEEKING AN EXPERT IN APPLE HOMEKIT TO DISCUSS MY GOALS. I AM NOT SEEKING DRAWINGS OF ANY TYPE, PROGRAMMING OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL WORK. ONLY EXPERTS IN IMPLEMENTING APPLE HOMEKIT AUTOMATION DEVICES

I also am open to considering hiring the same person for identifying and setting up the actual devices and services I will install in the new home next year.
