Wordpress - Job Board Theme for WordPress: EmployeePress
The them has an integrated email manager in which you can configure to alert various areas such as, SIGNUP EMAILS, PAYMENT/ORDER EMAILS, MEMBERSHIP EMAILS, WEBSITE/ USER ACCOUNT EMAILS and SUBMISSION EMAILS.
Each area can have a personalized email in which you can select "create email" and attach when completed to the area you wish to send it to. For example you create a "private message" email that is Sent to the USER when they receive a new private message OR a message from the contact form on the listing page.
When you go to create an email template, the right hand side will generate "automated text" such as the username of the person, today's date, email address of the person etc.
these codes are very limited and it is not clear for the end user when they receive an email stating "someone" has sent them a CV or a resume or "someone" as messaged them with no further info or description or summary or a link, etc.
They get these emails with nothing to that page on the website and they end up not finding the actions of someone or something. The emails acts as if it was some sort of teaser lol
I love the way Facebook emails inform you of everything within a short and brief notification email. I want to achieve this because it is the only area my site is lacking and communication is getting broken or lost down the line.
