Minor changes in HTML / CSS

I need a couple of changes in a website. I only need to align a group of boxes and move a group of boxes from one side to another.
The resulting page should be correctly viewed in mobile devices.
I have attached a couple of images. First one is "what I have" now, and second one is "what I need". I will give you FTP access to download page and css files.
