Build an e-Form web site that generates PDF files

I need a simple, one-page web site, that will be an e-Form to be used, where the user fills the details, and press a button to generate a PDF.
The end-site will need access login, create an eForm, store the data into a DB, search eForms, edit previous eForms, generate PDFs, saves the PDFs in web folders to be downloaded later, alerts on follow-ups ... etc. All the details will be given to the winner of the project so he can program the site.
To be considered for this project I need two things: in the bid put the words "Creating a PDF in ASPX is easy" (yes there are bots querying this platform and replies from them, without those texts, will not be taken into consideration) and I also need a mini demo so you demonstrate you have the skills required.
For the demo, all I need is a simple page, with a few fields (up to you what, name, phone, ... etc.... for example), in one field must be able to sign if presented in a tablet or phone, and one button that when pressed will generate a PDF with the same texts, but it will use some of the fields ("Dear <name> ... for example" is enough, add more texts and content of the fields you chose for completion) and it will show the picture of the signature as well, imagine you are generating a signed contract (the official end contract template will be given to the winner of the project only). That is all, if you fail to do this simple demo, you will not be considered. The end product is a bit more complex than that, but these skills are required.
The platform will be C# and ASPX on IIS ... no PHP, no Python. I encourage the use of technologies that make the web site dynamic and adaptable to different platforms, like Angular and Ionic for example. Once I get the demo, I will tell you the details so you can bid accordingly. This project is phase 1 of a 6 project program, so bid intelligently, so you can also get all future projects associated with this program.
