basic CSS edit of simple html written website.

I have a website that was written in regular old html . I have changed hosts. I want the basic css layout changed.. the website itself is only 7 pages..one of which can be deleted. so basically, i want the fonts changed, i want the colors changed and positioning of someo of the block elements moved.
