Build an ADVANCED sign-up form in MailChimp

I am currently building out my WIX website and need some help creating an ADVANCED sign up subscribers form in MailChimp (that requires knowledge of CSS) that can then be embedded onto my WIX site. (I did this but ONLY with the Classic form) I also need some help setting up in MailChimp my email automation series for new subscribers. I have it mostly set up but have not created all 12 emails I want and put them on a schedule. I have most written.
In the future as I create more pages on my site I also want to create and understand how to have more than one sign up form (and have different designs for them) on different pages of my site that all lead back to the new subscribers email automation.
Below is an example of my form now on my WIX site (has scrolling bar that I don't want on it. And here is a mock up of the sign up form I want to create. )
