Build a simple web application to trigger print command on windows pc from localhost

Hi Guys,

I need a simple web application which will trigger to print a file on my desktop. This web application will be installed on localhost and should be compatible with android and ios.

Function is simple, trigger print command in a file inside a specific folder. The web application should identify how many files are there in the folder and showcase them in the front end so that users can trigger the print.
