Job Description:
Create a Web site for tracking and documenting the process of weekly greenhouse inspections at the Saints Hope Farm. Every so often workers inspect the greenhouses to document the state of the nursery and note any existing problems. On the main page, include a form with fields to record the information. The fields can only accept the data in the format indicated in the parenthesis.

Clicking the Submit button should save the data in the database created by your program. Include a link or a button for opening a document that displays inspection information in some nice, organized manner. You can decide how you want to display that, as long as it looks professional.
Suggestion on how to tackle this:
Get your file framework ready. Add only one field at a time, and test to ensure it works. Try a variety of entries, ensure it only accepts values that it should, that the data is being successfully saved to the database, and that you can display that data. Then add another field, and test again. You can use radio buttons where appropriate. There are many fields to add, but the work for each of them is identical. Do this till you have added all the required fields. Should at any time you get an error, backtrack to the point at which you know it was working, and try again. If you type all the stuff in at once, and then try running/troubleshooting, you may end up with one big mess, so please work in a "modular fashion" described earlier. I will not be debugging your code for you, so please work in a way that allows you to easily troubleshoot. Using comments to comment/uncomment pieces of code while testing is also a good idea.
IMPORTANT: Please understand that your SQL database is created by your program, and all the tables with fields are created by your program as well. User will enter the data that will populate the database. In the past a student set up the MySQL database on his computer and wrote a program that was entering data into that database. It worked until he submitted the program files. This program did not work when I ran it. When I grade your code, I will not have your database on my computer (everyone's will be slightly different), so it has to be created and populated at runtime, on any computer that runs your program. You can only assume that computer has PHP/SQL server already running. Part of the chapter shows you how to create/manipulate databases on your SQL server, so that you can learn how to make SQL queries. This is not what you will do in this assignment. The chapter also shows you how to create DB, tables, etc. in your code. You will also use the "SQLi_" commands instead of "SQL_" commands, as the ones shown in the textbook are deprecated by now. This is what you will be doing in your code. Please be clear on what your program is supposed to do. Let me know if you have any questions.
