We require a web-based learning management system that is customized to our needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in PHP and will be able to develop a platform that allows for progress tracking. The platform should have user management and course creation capabilities. We require an intermediate level of customization and branding, so the candidate should have experience in creating personalized interfaces. Has an existing web based LMS and needs to add functionalities on progress tracking.
The candidate should be able to identify cost of each functionality and the number of working days to complete the functionality.
Needed Functionality (kindly indicate development time and cost for each)
1. Adding Bookmark to a course rendered as HTML from StoryLine then upload to LMS website via intranet
2. Track the Completion time (Start and End) and the total average duration user takes the course. Also counts the number of attempts. User may take the course in one sitting or in multiple attempts.
3. Capable of creating item analysis on all quizzes/assessment per user or per group or per department
4. Capable of having a reporting analytics to display the total number of user passed / failed per Course.
5. Capable of having a dashboard per user to show analytics for all completed courses and courses to complete in the future based on KPI.
