Pricelist table for static, responsive website

Hello,
We have a page with two different pricelists, as you can view on the links ([login to view URL]) and ([login to view URL]). (Note that the price of our budget is indicative and susceptible to changes)
We need you to fix some problems:
1. We need to hide the title Terms because there are no active terms.
2. The pricelist's seasons don't appear correctly. In the image [login to view URL] you can view the wrong form of the seasons (the 2nd season must appear below the 1st season period). and in the image [login to view URL] you can view the correct form of the seasons. The links of the pricelist to be fixed are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
3. When we a lot of new rooms/rates in the pricelist, the pricelist keeps scrolling down instead of the user being able to see all the pricest's rates and notes without needing to scroll down.
