We are in the process of hiring an English-speaking, competent and knowledgeable virtual assistant to take responsibility for numerous tasks associated with our e-commerce businesses. Our primary industry is in sporting goods and equipment.
First and foremost, you must be:
- English speaking, clear spoken and easy to understand. All of our clients will be calling from the U.S, and our target demographic might also include people with challenges hearing. As a result, this is a mandatory requirement.
- Be able to communicate efficiently and effective....with clear written and verbal skills.
- High-level experience and knowledge of Shopify and HTML. In many cases, your duties will consist of product upload, basic layout web page layout modifications & updates, and promoting various products and collections on our website.
- Able to be available to receive calls, and answer chat inquiries from our active website visitors. Need to be able to have conversations about our products, and identify opportunities for upsells.
- Be able to handle problems independently and make decisions that are consistent with our business protocol, ensuring that customer service is top-notch.
- Understand how to generate effective reports on a regular and timely basis to business management team.
- Research current products, as well as upcoming trends that would be beneficial to know and understand as it pertains to the industry.
- Make suggestions to management about creative ideas and solutions that will assist with business operations and growth.
