Smooth page transition with [login to view URL]

Hi,
I'm looking to someone able to help me with this thing.
I want to create a demo with a page transition similar to this one: [url removed, login to view]
BUT, using Pace Js > [url removed, login to view]
In detail:
I'm already using Pace Js to load contents on my website and it works perfectly:

What I'm looking for is the ability to manage transitions between pages as the example in Cody House demo.
The problem is that demo works with a timer. So doesn't matter if all the contents are loaded.
I'm looking to someone able to create a raw code for me with a simple "animation out with css3 > pace js that load > animation css3" in for the next page.
The same as Cody House but with the PaceJs in between.
At the end of the day I want smooth transitions between HTML or PHP pages using [url removed, login to view]
This code should be easily re-usable for more projects.
The animations in css3 needs to be easily changable.
