Coresonant is looking for a UX Usability Analyst for advisory on user experience best practices to internationalize our innovative product platform.

As UX expert you are not only expected to guide in delivering intuitive, visually aesthetic user experience design but also focus on the business aspects of the design to create the best experience and attract the highest business to the platform.

The UX consultancy service is to help deliver an unforgettable user experience on the platform to the targeted global audience.

As UX Consultant, you will be closely working with Coresonant’s UI development team as a trusted user experience design expert advisor.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide UI designers in developing UIs with advance & innovative look and feel

Advise UI designers on selection of all UI aspects such as layout, font, color, style, text, label, and more

Help designers in making the UI most user friendly for the prospective clients across all regions of the world

Consult with Product Manager to understand the business aspects and target client persona for the intended UX design

Enable world class user experiences on the various innovative aspects of the platform

Help UI designers in translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for the platform.

Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs

High attention to detail and ability to work and manage drafts and deliverables in an extremely organized manner

Expert ability to communicate changing requirements or priorities across a project team and achieve timely and universal acceptance.

Collaborate with multiple departments and achieve the objective of UX experience across all UIs in the organization

Help Coresonant achieve its objective of creating a revolutionary industry leading platform

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidate will be at least 10 years of experience in UX consulting with at least 3 successful product UX that is presently in the market

Ability to work with other departments and clients to understand detailed requirements to design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

Extensive experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.

Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.

A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.

Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

Experience of latest UX/UI technologies with the development of Web applications.

Experience in various versions of Angular, namely, AngularJS/Angular 2/4/6/9+. Very good experience in RESTful & SOAP web services within web applications. Proficient in understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript libraries like jQuery.

Experience: UX Consulting/Advisory experience of at least 10 years
