Price Comparison Portal

1. Services to be included:

a. Electricity

b. Gas.

2. User Registration and Administration:

a. Self-registration of applications (sub-brokers).

b. Applications to include ability to attach multiple documents.

c. Assessment of registration applications by Administrators.

d. Enable registration of own agents by approved sub-brokers.

e. E-mail notification to users on change of application status.

f. Administrators to manage registration status of users as relevant.

3. Price Quotation:

a. Generate price quotations comparing prices of different suppliers based on inputs supplied by user/customer.

b. Quotations to utilise UD Core or other third-party’s APIs to enable comparison of prices.

c. Re-calculation of prices based on varying of Uplift by Agent user.

d. E-mail prices to user.

4. Contract Generation:

a. Capture inputs for generation of contract.

b. Validate Bank Details based on third-party APIs.

c. Save draft contracts.

d. Generate contracts using one of the following methods (utilising UD Core or other third-party’s APIs):

i. Electronic Signature (e.g. DocuSign).

ii. Verbal Script.

iii. PDF.

5. Contract Administration:

a. Import and upload Supplier Status Reports.

b. Administrators to view and manage submitted contracts.

c. Administrators to change status of contracts as relevant.

d. Relevant users to update notes/details based on Administrator’s inputs/queries.

e. Filter, Sort and Search contracts based on Status and key fields.

6. Query Management:

a. Users to raise support queries for specified topics/reasons.

b. Administrators can respond to queries.

c. Users can add supplementary information to Administrator’s responses.

d. Display Date and Time Stamps for each entry/activity.

e. Display time remaining/overdue based on pre-defined Turnaround Time.

7. Invoicing:

a. Import and upload invoices from individual Suppliers.

b. Generate commission invoices for sub-brokers/agents based on Suppliers’ invoices.

c. Record meter readings for each contract on a periodic basis and calculate latest consumption figures.

8. Reporting: Generate/display reports/graphs in the Portal Dashboard for the following:

a. Total Sales.

b. Total Commission.

c. Total No. of Queries.

d. Contract Status.

9. Announcements: Display announcements/messages created by Administrators.

10. Resources: Link to internal/external resource page.

The project is to be managed via GitHub. While responding, please provide the basis of the quotation, e.g. no. of resources, rate per hr, firm timelines, etc.
