Design Traits for Character - ILLUSTRATION

Hi! We are a new startup with a small team who are currently looking for talented and creative artists to join us! Initially, we will work with you on 1 assignment to gauge you and your abilities and to see if we are a compatible match. If everything goes well, we would be happy to offer you a long term position with our team that has many benefits and generous compensation.
For the initial assignment, you will be asked to help with the creation of 40 different character traits, the traits have different categories such as: face, mouth, eyes, ear, weapon, etc.
You will be assigned a certain amount of traits from each category, your job is to understand the theme and design style of our project and then create an amazing portfolio of trait designs to implement with our characters.
This relates to NFT collection designs. For this initial assignment, you will be paid $5/trait and are expected to come up with the trait ideas yourself. The budget/salary will scale greatly if we move forward with working long term together.
