Need cartoon mascot image vectorized, polished, cleaned up. See attached original source image. Notice that it has some imperfections (around the wrench, and jitteriness around the edges of the character). I need them cleaned up, and possibly add any polishing touches you feel would make it look better or more appropriate. I do like the metal hair on top, no need to remove that (although please make it look better/cleaner). This was AI-generated art, that is why it's just a bit rough; your job is to make it look clean and polished. Need result in vector art format (so you need to vectorize it).
Also the eyes/pupils need to be fixed a bit. Don’t make it look like his left eye (the right eye when we look at the picture), because it has a sharp angle in the pupil and that’s odd. His right our (the left side when we look at it) is nicer because it's round. The bit of sparkle/shine inside of it is nice too (the sparkle comes from the shine of the glass that his eyes are made/sit inside of)
