About Us:
Involve Media offers specialized website design services catering to a variety of niches, with a proven strategy that bridges the gap between client needs and tangible solutions. We're expanding our portfolio and seeking to explore newer markets, particularly catering to artists wanting to showcase their art.
Position Overview:
Join us as to generate leads into loyal clients. As our Lead Generation & Sales Specialist, you will harness the power of Instagram to identify potential clients, engage with them, and ensure they're committed to our website design services. You would use my personal Instagram account to outreach potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate a lead list comprising 200 potential clients weekly, amounting to 800 distinct contacts monthly.
Engage all 200 leads, leveraging our tested outreach strategies and messages. Be prepared to adapt, refine, and get creative as you communicate.
Successfully convert at least 5-10 of these leads weekly, ensuring a minimum of 20-40 sales monthly.
But you can honestly convert as many as you'd like, the more you sell the more you earn.
Compensation:
Earn $20 for every client you successfully bring on board, with the potential to make up to $400-800 monthly.
If you convert more than 40 a month then you will earn $40 per client after the 40th sale. When the month is over it will reset back to $20 per client.
Tools & Training:
Comprehensive marketing persona details and lead generation strategy will be provided.
Continuous support and feedback loop to ensure mutual success
Constant communication with me would be good to see if there are any issues.
Desired Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with Instagram as an outreach platform.
Ability to adapt and refine outreach strategies based on interactions.
