Pangaea is a globally driven CPG company that is looking to hire a social media moderator for comments, DM's, and community engagement. This individual will work with a blend of customer support and social media related inquiries. Our men's skincare company's Instagram currently has 60K+ followers, so this is a great opportunity to grow with the brand.
- Monitor our Instagram and Facebook comments to answer any questions or respond to customers
- Establish a tone of voice and consistent rhetoric in all community engagement that reflects the brand ideals
- Assist existing and potential customers through Instagram DMs
- Work closely with our Social Media Manager to maintain consistency in our brand portrayal
- Utilize Shopify, Stripe, and Front to assist existing customers with order or subscription issues
- You must be able to log 3-6 hours on weekends, but your schedule can be very flexible.
