Optim pacific holdings is a holding companies for commercial properties, now it has a commercial office building for a complete renovation. we are seeking an interior designer for this purpose.
1. building area is approximately 7000 spft, in which half for main floor, and half in basement;
2. the main floor is serviced as package office function, and the basement is planed for a training centre and a dancing studio.
3. a full detailed interior design is needed for construction work and a 3D rendering for per-lease purpose.
4. the candidate must be able to visit the job site in Vancouver Canada.
