Interior Design for Living Room, Entry Way and Entertaining Area

Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced interior designer to help design my living room, entry way and entertaining area. I have a minimalist aesthetic in mind and am looking for help selecting the perfect furniture pieces to complement the space. I do not require any additional services such as painting or wallpapering – the design should focus on the furniture itself.
Looking to have the following:
- Light Grey Walls
- Wooden flooring (medium shade)
- Fitted furniture to be dark wood / matt black metal
- Existing grey sofa to remain
- To include curtains to go with the design
- The screen separating the two areas is still a maybe
- Coffee Table in the dining area to have a low table and chairs
- Dining table to have at least 8 seats
- Back wall of the dining area to incorporate a hidden bar area with wine chiller as well as a mixture of shelves and cupboards and to flow to a short breakfast bar with space for 3 stools.
- TV Area to have the existing TV mounted along with shelves wither side
- Entrance way to have shelves and a built in unit for shoe storage, mirror, shelves and a seating area to put shoes on. Should be similar décor to the rest of the area
I have attached the measurements as well as my initial thoughts on how it might be laid out. I also enclose design idea's (which are not the colour scheme or design but are the concept of what we would like to achieve). I will also share a video of the existing space to the successful bidder.
