I own an ecommerce shop in South Africa and I'm looking for someone who really knows their stuff with Facebook campaign optimization for ecommerce to do an audit on my campaign and make suggestions on how to improve conversions and return on ad spend. Generic responses to this will be ignored.
I currently have 2 basic campaigns -
- Campaign 1 uses a very broad audience and has 3 ad groups that use dynamic ads with catalog sets
- Campaign 2 is for remarketing and has 1 ad group
In total I spend around ZA150,000 ($10,000) per month on my campaign and it is profitable.
I want you to look at my campaign and tell me where I can make changes to improve, where I am doing things wrong and possibly ask you a few follow up questions. I have for example read a lot about things like CBO, but just don't have the time to look into this and see if it can help me.
Current problems I have is that I seem to have no control over where customers go when they click on my dynamic ads. Sometimes when you click on the ad it goes to the website, other times it goes to the Facebook shop, which is definitely not what I want.
