Looking for a social media manager to help our agency grow our followers and leads

Hi.
I run a small local design agency and i am looking for someone to help with managing our social media, including facebook and instagram (and others if you are able). Mainly instagram.
You will only be required to engage with our followers. Theres is no need to create content if you are unable to.
Tasks:
- commenting on a few hundred posts per day with meaningful content (no copy paste)
- liking other posts
- DMing other accounts to introduce our brand and services and thank them for following us.
- following other accounts to gain leads
- grow our social media engagement and following
- post stories to engage whenever necessary
- if you can do email marketing and lead generation, that will be a plus.
Requirements:
- able to spend at least 1-2 hours per day doing the above tasks
- strong experience with social media and digital marketing
- MUST be able to write english 100% well with ZERO grammar mistakes (ideally first language)
- show enthusiasm and willing to learn
- trustworthy. All hours must he recorded and tracked using the freelancer app.
- if you have design experience, that is a plus.
- if you are able to do lead generation to help us get more clients, that will be a HUGE bonus too
- able to charge affordable rates as we are a small startup
