Media Buyer / Lead Buyer for Real Estate Brokerage

I am looking for a media buyer or marketing manager who can help me create and execute a lead-generation campaign for my real estate brokerage. I have a budget of less than $5,000 for this campaign, and I prefer to focus on online platforms such as social media and Google Ads.
* Experience with Canadian Real Estate is a must
** Previous demonstrated success is a prerequisite
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in media buying and lead generation
- Expertise in creating and executing successful social media and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and analytics
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and target audience preferences
- Ability to create and manage ad campaigns, including tasks like keyword research and ad copywriting
Scope of Work
Media Buyer agrees to provide media buying services for the purpose of acquiring leads for Client through Facebook Ads and Google Ads. These services include identifying, negotiating, and purchasing leads on behalf of the Company, according to the Company's specifications and objectives.
Compensation
The Company agrees to compensate Media Buyer with weekly base pay and additional pay based on verified leads generated through the media buying efforts. The compensation structure will be as follows:
- Each lead verified and determined to meet the mutually agreed-upon criteria will be eligible for compensation.
- The compensation amount per verified lead will be set between $5 to $100 depending on the quality (by tiers). Compensation for verified leads will be paid to Media Buyer following the verification and approval of leads.
Lead Verification:
Media Buyer will ensure that all leads generated through the media buying efforts are thoroughly verified according to the agreed-upon criteria defined by both parties. Leads that do not meet the agreed-upon criteria will not be considered eligible for compensation.
We are looking for a long-term partner and please submit your proposal.
