I run a Foreign Exchange education platform called Prestigious FX, you can find my website at Prestigiousfx.com. I've found time is tight between life and taking care of my family, trading and the business and I don't have much expertise when it comes to GOOD marketing. My price per ad vs customer revenue is pretty much zero. I will gladly offer either a percentage per sale based off marketing acquisitions OR a flat fee. Majority of the work is done (marketing page, plenty of ad material), only thing lacking is the customers.
