My client is looking for a SEO specialist that has a great track record for getting websites to rank very high in the SERPs. Do not bother applying for this job if you do not have a proven track record. Do not bother applying for this job if your websites ranked high only for a short period of time. Your websites must have ranked high in popular search engines like Google and Bing for over a year. When applying, give me the URL of websites you have worked on, the keywords (or key phrases) which those websites rank well for, how competitive those terms are, and if the person you did this for would be willing to be a reference for you. Automated bids that do not answer these basic things will be ignored. The websites we are looking to rank well for are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (which redirects to [login to view URL]) so I guess my client wants to rank well for the later. One concern of mine for the [login to view URL] website is this: how will it rank well for keywords and key phrases with the page having little content on the page? There are two buttons on the page which will branch out to pages with a lot of content. My client wants to keep this home page simple. My client wanted to add text of the same color as the background and I told him this would be a huge pitfall. How would you tackle this problem? This will be one issue of many that we will run into with the SEO specialist we select. The answer this question would help your chances of getting the bigger project but if you do not feel comfortable in answering that until you get the project, I will understand. At least submit what I asked for in the first part of the brief. NetDriverEd is going to be a huge project and there is money to be made here.
