1:1 customer interviews

We would like to do a 1 hour interview in Spanish for a Mexican based online app platform offering online health consultations to US based clients in Spanish by Mexican doctors based in Mexico:

Interviewee characteristics:

1. Female (3 age brackets (25-35 / 40 - 50 / 55 - 65) of 8-10 participants

2. Living in the US

3. With US based family (kids, grandkids or parents)

4. Mexican descent

5. Primary language is Spanish but speak some English

6. Have no health insurance

More details to follow. Design can be updated with recommendations by interviewer.

Interviewer characteristics:

We are looking for an experienced interviewer or focus group specialist that makes interviewees feel very comfortable and makes them want to talk freely and honestly so that we can get all the in between the lines info that we are looking for. Of course the interviewer needs to be a native Spanish (Mexican) speaker preferably based in the country of Mexico. The interviewer should also be able to speak English at an advanced level, and have some experience (knowledge, family or travel) with regard to the situation of Mexican's in the US.
