They would like a mobile app for their client onboarding process, client updates and delivery of their newsletter.
In the onboarding process, they would like the client to fill in the forms, attach documents, all of which will be saved on the company server.
According to the services selected by the client, they want to offer different payment options and also different options for the timeframe e.g. whether one time payment or in installments.
They would like to be able to send notifications to clients when filing deadlines are coming up. One of the biggest headaches for the firm at the moment is that clients are missing deadlines which results in penalties. It would be useful to be able to send reminders to clients about the different deadlines that are needed, so that they can start working on their documents a couple of weeks beforehand.
There are currently 6 people working in the firm in different locations and sometimes confusion occurs about where documents are saved or who has worked on what because this is not necessary communicated clearly. Is there a way that the app could prompt or provide a way for completed tasks and notes for what has been done?
Since the information being shared is private, it is necessary to have high security for the app with data protection.
Invoicing is done by the firm using Capium software.
They would like to app to be connected with this software, so that the accounting software is informed by the app when a client has made payment for a service, or if an invoice is required for a service purchased outside of the plan the client already has.
