Build me an iOS app

I am looking for an iOS app with a tab view controller. The app will start with a profile selection page (pin protected profiles) and will feature several tabs for various things. The app will be a confession app. I am looking for a tab with an examination of conscience within I can increase/decrease the number of times I have sinned on a list (see the word docs for detailed list). After examining my conscience, I can tap on the confession tab and the app will walk me through a confession (see photos in order for idea of how this will work). The last tab, prayers, will be a simple table view controller with various tables for the different prayers that I can view.
Regarding the profiles, when a user opens the app, it will automatically direct them to choose a profile or create a new one. Once the user has selected a profile and entered in their pin, the app will load their data (e.g. confession) and they can update it or whatever else they want to do. When the user closes the app, have the app automatically log them out to protect their privacy.
I do not need an Android version of the app, just an iOS version. All data will be stored locally so no network experience is required.
