iOS Custom Dictionary Creation Application

I am looking for a developer to build me an application which will either;

Batch-add a set list of words to the current native apple dictionary i.e. could be an automation of the current singular addition of words that can be achieved by manual input

Or

Add a .dictionary (or equivalent file) to the native apple library directories without subverting iOS restrictions (i.e. without the use of jailbreak)

Both will have the outcome of allowing the device to recognise a new set of words without autocorrecting them or labelling them as errors (with a red underline)

I want this to be done without the need of adding a custom keyboard extension
