upgrade gradle , java and spring framewrok from earliar version to latest versions

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me upgrade 7 libraries listed in the attached file (Please take a look at projects in the file before you bid) project's Gradle, Java, and Spring Framework versions to the latest versions.

Requirements:

- Experience with Gradle versions 4.1-5.0

- Familiarity with Java versions 8 or earlier

- Knowledge of Spring Framework versions 4.3 or earlier

Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of Gradle, Java, and Spring Framework

- Proven track record of successfully upgrading projects to the latest versions

- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and fix any potential issues during the upgrade process
