Freelancer / part time Java web developer is urgently needed for a web project

We're working on a large scale web application that consumes a number of web services developed in Java and running under Tomacat , We're looking for a Senior Java developer who can join our team to develop and maintain the Java based web services.
Rule and responsibilities :
---------------------------------
• Maintain, develop and analyze a huge language processing library.
• Set a scalable configuration to our search engine to support millions of users
• Configure Apache Luce and Solr and/or Elastic Search and develop custom analyzers in apache Lucene
• Work with big data using Hadoop to analyze data provided by the users.
• Participate in system design specification sessions to document technical specifications and to provide design options and solutions.
• Write and maintain codes using technical specifications to update existing applications and/or to develop new applications.
• Coordinate with product development and QA teams in developing codes to support new application features.
• Utilize programming principles, tools, and techniques to write application codes.
• Apply analytical, technical and programmatic skills to resolve application related issues.
• Ensure that builds are properly deployed in development, system, acceptance and production environments.
• Review codes to identify any basic errors.
• Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing and integration testing.
• Provide technical and functional support to testing teams.
• Assist Technical Writers in preparing project documentation.
• Follow best practices to perform application coding.
• Guide and supervise Junior Developers in coding methodologies.
Preferred processional background :
---------------------------------------------
• 5+ years of experience with Java Technologies (Java SE and Java EE).
• Experience with Web development, application servers and servlet containers.
• Solid understanding of OOP and Design Patterns
• Solid understanding of Algorithms and Data structures
• Experience with Apache Lucene configuration
• JNI experience is a must.
• Nice to have experience with Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval is a great plus
• Nice to have experience with Scala is a plus
• Nice to have experience with Solr or ElasticSearch is a plus
• Nice to have experience with NoSQL and Graph Databases is a plus
• Nice to have experience with Big Data and Hadoop is a plus
• Nice to have experience with any cloud computing platform like Amazon Web Services, Linode, RackSpace
• Ability to work well independently, in a fast-paced environment
