Help Obfuscate Jar

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me obfuscate a Jar file. The purpose of the obfuscation is to meet security requirements, and I need the job completed within a week. I prefer to use ProGuard as the obfuscation tool - preferably as a Gradle task but manually would be acceptable too.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in obfuscating Jar files
- Familiarity with ProGuard tool
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language
- Ability to complete the job within the given deadline
