Implement FileObserver for targetSdkVersion 30+ using Java and SAF

I need a simple solution for my project with the following functionalities: -

1. Monitor CREATE, MODIFY, DELETE, MOVE events using FileObserver native API for the folder "/Android/media/[login to view URL]"

2. use the ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT_TREE to request permission for folder above in oorder too start monittoring the folder.

3. Language to use is Java
