We currently utilize SharePoint Online part of the O365 package for our Company Intranet. We would like a electronic system developed for employees to input/submit their expense reports employees will electronically sign, supervisors will electronically approve/reject the expense report. The finance team will need the ability to export the expense report in excel format for payment. We would also like the ability to print off the expense we report in pdf format. Employees will only be able to see their own expense reports. We would like for this to work within our current SharePoint site.
