Build me a basic website that acts as a 3d tool to skin 2 models. (Survivalcraft skin editor)

I'd like a web skin editor for the game "Survivalcraft" to skin the male and female player models. With the models being showcased live on the website to give users a better look at the finished texture. These models are really basic. Although not quite as blocky as Minecraft skins that people might be familiar with.

The "Survivalcraft" game character skins support 64×64, 128×128, 256×256, 512×512, 1024×1024

Atleast having both 64by64 and 128by128 would be nice. Having the extra sizes isn't required.

I expect the skin editor to have basic tools like color picker, paint brush mirror, ability to hide limbs, change brush size, separate layers, ability to drag to change the camera angle.

I assume the project would mostly be in Javascript. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Since the majority of the Survivalcraft player base plays on mobile. I'd like the webpage to keep the possibility of a mobile port in mind. But this is just a preference and isn't at all required.

I'm a bit flexible on pricing depending on if someone's willingness to go above and beyond. Example being an online inventory system. Ability to post items labeled as "shirt" to be used by others, imported as a layer. Potential block texture editor to go along side, etc.
