build a django template page, and upgrade my python codes -- 3

Job Description:

Hi, I am adding a template to an existing django with front-end as below

Task 1

front-end

- landing page

* main menu + login

* side menu - quick links

* text-banner for the top 10 mountains and summary

* main contents with map, pins, weather icons and mouse-over popups

* feature tabs linked to locations for hotels and b&bs

* footer

- sub-pages --- under construction (our feature is now tabs and text-banner)

***javascript for*** text-banner, tabs and mouse-over events for popups, etc.

Task2

upgrade my existing codes; one example as below to work with the front-end above.

Github link will be provided when your bid is preferable.

Task3

This is required only after the two tasks above are met. Integrate into my existing django as an app .
