Creating auto forwarding mail program

I want someone who can help me in creating some codes which can forward email through specific thread.
Suppose A send me an email with title tA, then program will search tA titled another mail , if that tA title another mail is unique of another people B, then program will send the mail content to people B through the same thread titled tA.
