Image Compression, Shrinking, Encryption and Uploading to server

Basically the employer needs to develop a library that will take an image and store various sizes of the image on the server after encrypting all of them. The resizing and encryption must be performed on the client side and not the server side. And implement the functions to retrieve those images and decrypt them on display them in browser as well. You can use third party libraries for compression and shrinking. And for the encryption/decryption, you can use the standard functions (no need to implement your own algorithms). Comment the code thoroughly. Provide full explainations in a document about how you implemented the project and what libraries you used. Also, mention the step by step instructions on how to set up and use your project.
This project is from a trusted client. No milestones or payments will be made until the project is delivered and tested thoroughly.
Whoever bids $300 or less will be hired immediately. $250 for the project and extra $50 for creating proper documents and commenting everything.
