In the custom_tables ([login to view URL]) plugin, need to make the following enhancements:
- custom fields in the custom_tables which are tied to the issue, must be available in general issue queries and be available as columns for output in queries, just like any other custom fields;
- the modified plugin should still be compatible with Redmine 4.2.
