Build me a website using Laravel

This full requirement of the website using r laravel
Signup and Login:
- Users can sign up with name, username, email.. later they need to connect metamask
Deposit:
- users can deposit our token (RFX) with metamask in their balance.
Lands:
- users can rent lands paying in RFX, they need to deposit RFX in their balance with metamask.
- rent of the lands is weekly, if they don't have balance in RFX the land goes unrented again.
- Lands give to the users some RFX but they need to be active doing "check in" or the land will be unrented again.
- Lands give to the users Materials, which can be iron, gold, wood, steel etc...
- Lands need to be of different sizes and from different world zones.
- Lands can be rented or sold to the other users.
- The other users can visit lands and see what properties are in it.
Zones:
- Zones are various parts of the world and each zone gives a certain amount of materials.
(for example the east side of the world gives more iron then west side)
Properties:
- users who have already a Land can buy properties with RFX and build them in the lands.
- Properties can be houses, shops, billboards etc...
- Properties can be upgraded with Materials.
- the owner can sell materials from the properties (shop) to the other users.
- properties can be rented to the other users.
Withdraw:
- users can ask for withdraw once they reach a certain amount.
This is the map page, which is basically the dashboard or the homepage
something like this.. i mean it's an example just to understand
i used the map from sandbox, but it can be different, i mean something like this but not exactly as the sandbox map wait for my image design okay
