Laravel Planets Positions Usinng Swiss Ephemeris

Job Description:
We are making a laravel project where we have converted most of our php progam. We need a planets module which calculates all the plaents and Acendant based on the Swiss Ephemeris with the long 79.22 lat 43.39 and time zone America/Toronto. You can use chatGPT as it knows it well but we are stuck with the composer not being able to install the sweph. You can find swiss ephem for laravel on github. The main problem is installing the php extension in win I think and composer not instaling sweph libraries properly. This will lead to many projects in laravel.
